PAYMENTS All new clients are required to make a $20 deposit at the time of booking that will go towards your first service. Valid credit card on file is required for all clients. Card is preferred but cash is also accepted. LATE / NO SHOWS I have a 15 minute grace period. Being late may result in only solid color nails or simplified art if you booked more complicated art. Over 15 minutes late will result in a no-show fee and your appointment will be cancelled. All no shows will be charged a 30% service fee and may be prevented from being able to make future appointments. CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING I charge a 30% service fee for rescheduling or cancelling within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Further than 24 hours out you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment online. SICK Please reschedule if you feel sick at all. I need to stay healthy to run my business and pay my bills. If you come to your appointment sick I will send you home and ask you to reschedule. If I am sick I may ask to reschedule you or refer you to another trusted nail tech. CHILDREN / GUESTS There is seating in the salon lobby area and I have a chair available for guests in my suite but I ask that small children are not brought to appointments. IN THE CHAIR Please consider your positioning, movements, phone use, touching face/hair/clothes etc while in my chair. All of these micro movements can be dangerous when I’m using my efile or it can ruin your gel application or art. I try to work as efficiently as possible while also working to protect my body and all of these things can affect how smooth your service goes. If anything is uncomfortable for you please let me know. SCHEDULING For optimal nail health and strength appointments should be booked every 2 to 4 weeks. 3 weeks is what I typically recommend but could be more or less dependent on individuals nails, lifestyle, and personal preference. After 3-4 weeks there is extra stress on your nail beds from being unbalanced. This can result in lifting, chipping, cracks or breaks. If you do not plan to keep your nails maintained please book a removal service. BEFORE APPOINTMENT Please send any inspiration photos before. Wash your hands & scrub under your nails. Do not use cuticle oil or lotion prior to your appointment. Check weather & traffic beforehand to arrive on time. Use the restroom before your appointment. AFTER APPOINTMENT At least once a day use cuticle oil around and underneath your nails and gently push your cuticles back. Wear gloves while doing dishes, cleaning, gardening, working with harsh chemicals, etc. Please do not use your nails as tools.
